Visits range from $200–$160, depending on the type of appointment you choose (initial vs follow-up, in-person or virtual).
Every visit includes a full feeding assessment, support tailored to your goals, time to talk through concerns, and a personalized care plan for you and your baby.
Using Insurance Through TLN & Wildflower
Many families are able to use their insurance through The Lactation Network (TLN) or Wildflower Health. These companies work directly with insurance so you don’t have to deal with claims or headaches.
If approved, your visit is usually covered in full — no copay, no deductible, and no out-of-pocket cost.
Approval is required before your appointment.
It usually takes a few days, so please mark your request as urgent if you need a quicker visit.
TLN works with:
Aetna · Some BCBS UHC · First Health · First Choice Health · Imagine Health · Multiplan · PNOA · Sutter Health · Velocity PPO

WHAT IF MY INSURANCE ISN’T ELIGIBLE?
No problem. You can still book a visit at the self-pay rate.
CAN I GET A SUPERBILL FOR MY VISIT?
If your insurance plan is out-of-network, you’re welcome to request a Superbill after your visit.
A Superbill is simply an itemized receipt that includes the medical codes your insurance may need if you choose to submit a claim on your own.
You’ll handle the submission process directly with your insurance company, and reimbursement is not guaranteed. What they choose to cover — and how much — depends entirely on your individual plan and benefits.
Some insurance plans may apply things like a deductible, copay, or coinsurance before offering any reimbursement.
